3. Booking & Service Requests

3.1 Requests

3.2 Confirmation

A service is scheduled once we email or call confirmation. Document any special requirements at booking.

3.3 Changes or Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled service time with no fee. Later cancelations may incur charges up to full service amount.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Estimates

We provide upfront pricing based on service type. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final charges may vary slightly.

4.2 Taxes & Fees

You are responsible for applicable sales taxes and processing fees.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, and electronic payments via secure channels. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Late Payment

Late payments (>30 days) may incur interest of 1.5% monthly plus collection costs.

5. Service Warranty & Guarantees

5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied within 7 days, contact us. We will re-service or refund as appropriate.

5.2 Warranty Periods

Plumbing work: 90-day warranty. Electrical installations: 60-day warranty. Cleaning services: 30-day warranty.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details (access, problems, preferences).
  • Ensure a safe work environment (clear areas, access, electricity).
  • Obtain necessary permits or permissions if required.
  • Supervise minors and pets during service visits.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Consumer Support and affiliates disclaim any special, indirect, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas under the American Arbitration Association rules.

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access or services for breach of Terms or suspected illegal activity. Upon termination, your rights cease immediately but remaining obligations survive.
